Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning (low-carb or homemade)
1 cup salsa (sugar-free)
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 large egg
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 cup sliced black olives
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Sour cream for serving (optional)
Instructions:

Allow 10 minutes for the lasagna to rest before slicing.
Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, black olives, and fresh cilantro.
