Ingredients:

Instructions:
Nougat Layer:
In a bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, powdered erythritol, melted butter, vanilla extract, and almond milk.
Mix until the mixture resembles dough.
Press the nougat mixture evenly into a lined square baking pan.
Place it in the freezer to set while you prepare the other layers.
Caramel Layer:
In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and mix in the sugar-free caramel sauce until well combined.
Pour the caramel layer over the nougat layer and spread it evenly.
Return the pan to the freezer and let it set.
Peanut Layer:
Sprinkle the chopped roasted peanuts over the caramel layer, pressing them down slightly.
Place the pan back in the freezer to set while you prepare the chocolate coating.
Chocolate Coating:
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the sugar-free dark chocolate and coconut oil together in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval until smooth.
Pour the chocolate over the peanut layer, ensuring it covers the entire surface.
Return the pan to the freezer for the final set.
Final Steps:
Once completely set, remove the Keto Snicker Bites from the freezer.
Allow it to thaw for a few minutes, then use a sharp knife to cut it into bite-sized squares.
